Each slot at Chroma by Charlene is reserved exclusively for the client.

Clients should arrive on time.

Please ensure you have allocated sufficient time for your session.

Chroma by Charlene cannot guarantee optimal results for rushed appointments.

Clients are recommended to arrive with a clean, bare face for the most accurate colour analysis.

Makeup remover is provided for clients who need it.

​Avoid facial treatments before the appointment, as they may alter your natural skin tone.

Clothes are not provided for photoshoots. 

We are happy to provide guidance on styling, but clients are responsible for bringing the necessary outfits and accessories.

We recommend wearing a solid-coloured top in a shade you feel confident in.

Bring along your daily makeup if your session includes a complimentary makeup pouch analysis.

Clients who are feeling unwell (e.g., flu, fever) should reschedule for the safety of both parties.

Chroma by Charlene operates in a home studio with cats. While every effort is made to minimize cat fur in the studio, we cannot guarantee a completely dander-free environment. Please keep this in mind if you have cat allergies.

If you are sensitive to cats, please inform us in advance, and we will ensure they are confined during your session.

Clients may arrive up to 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Please avoid arriving too early, as we may not be able to accommodate you.

No food or drinks are allowed in the studio.

Each client may bring one accompaniment per session.
