All bookings should be made through the booking link or through WhatsApp.

Upon receiving our confirmation via WhatsApp, a 50% deposit is required within 24 hours to secure your booking.

Upon making the deposit, please send the screenshot to us via WhatsApp.

Failure to do so will result in the slot being released for other bookings.

Cancellations or no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit or a rebooking fee.

Please only book your session when you are certain you are able to attend, as cancellations at short notice may affect availability for other clients.

Rescheduling is allowed up to 14 days before the scheduled session without charge.

Clients are allowed to reschedule once at no charge. A $50 fee will apply for the second reschedule onwards.

Rescheduling within 13 days of the session will incur a $50 fee.

Rescheduling within 48 hours of the session will result in the full deposit being forfeited.​

If a session is rescheduled and there is a change in pricing, the latest pricing will be applied.

Payments are accepted via PayNow or bank transfer.

All payments and deposits made to Chroma by Charlene are non-refundable.

In the event of accidental excess payment, a service charge will be applied for refunds.

Chroma by Charlene will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the requested edits, but feasibility may vary.

Photos will be taken during the session for reference and documentation.

By booking a promotional model session, clients agree to the use of their likeness in any promotional materials, website, and social media channels.

Chroma by Charlene reserves the right to use photos from the session for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes.

If you prefer not to have your images used, please inform us before the session and a separate agreement can be arranged.

Clients are welcome to take photos for personal use but should avoid recording full sessions.

Color analysis results depend on individual skin undertones, lighting, and other factors. Results are subjective and may vary slightly.

The service provides recommendations, but clients should make final purchasing decisions based on personal preferences.

Chroma by Charlene reserves the right to decline services if a client is uncooperative or violates terms.

Chroma by Charlene is not responsible for allergic reactions, dissatisfaction, or client decisions based on the analysis.

Clients may bring their own products if preferred—please inform us in advance.
